Stewart C. Cushman


Stewart C. Cushman is a Co-Founder and Partner of Integrated Capital, LLC. Mr. Cushman has worked in the real estate and investment businesses since 1993. Throughout his career, he has managed real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, asset management, entitlements and developments for hotel, office, industrial, residential and land projects across the country.

Prior to co-founding Integrated Capital, Mr. Cushman was a Vice President at Wolff DiNapoli, LLC, where he specialized in real estate acquisitions, leasing, asset management, entitlements and development for office/industrial, hotel projects and mixed-used projects. Property responsibilities included industrial and office properties in the San Diego, Los Angeles and Silicon Valley areas as well as negotiating with the Arizona State Land Department and City of Scottsdale for the ground-lease and entitlements for a 35-acre mixed-use development adjacent to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess resort.

Previously, Mr. Cushman was an Acquisitions Associate at Cornerstone Properties (subsequently merged into Equity Office Properties), a New York-based real estate investment trust during the $1.8 billion merger of Cornerstone and William Wilson & Associates' 11-million square foot portfolio of 72 office buildings.

Mr. Cushman began his career at Trust Company of the West, an asset management firm in Los Angeles, as an Analyst where he serviced equity, debt, alternative and real estate investments for public and corporate pension funds, sovereign funds, endowments and other institutional investors. As a Marketing Associate, he also served on the New Product Development team, which initiated and implemented unique investment strategies, such as the $410 million Emerging Markets Real Estate fund.

Mr. Cushman holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. He is involved in professional organizations including the Urban Land Institute, is a member of the Pacific Region Advisory Council of the National Parks Conservation Association and serves on the Board of Directors for Restaurant Revolution Technologies, Inc., Roosevelt Memorial Park and previously, Zaca Mesa Winery.
