Daniel G. Kurz


Daniel G. Kurz is a Co-Founder and Partner of Integrated Capital, LLC. Mr. Kurz has been involved in the hospitality and real estate industries since 1990 with operating and ownership experience encompassing most regions of the country.

Prior to the inception of Integrated Capital, Mr. Kurz was a Senior Associate at Maritz, Wolff & Co., a private equity real estate investment firm in Los Angeles, California. At Maritz, Wolff, Mr. Kurz conducted underwriting, asset management, investor communications, and financing activities for hotel and related investments in Maritz, Wolff's $1.5 billion luxury real estate portfolio. Mr. Kurz had direct asset management responsibilities for seven Fairmont and Four Seasons hotels encompassing 3,600 rooms that produced more than $225M in annual revenue.

Previously, Mr. Kurz honed his hospitality industry skills through employment with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Hagadone Hospitality, an independent owner of one of the finest golf resorts in the western United States. Mr. Kurz developed service, staffing and departmental operating expertise as an operations manager for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he managed five departments and 55 employees. He cultivated hospitality sales and marketing expertise as a sales manager for Hagadone Hospitality, selling resort and golf services to national corporate, association and government clients.

Prior to graduating from Cornell University, Mr. Kurz also obtained in-depth restaurant expertise as a manager of two restaurants in competitive east coast markets that produced more than $4.0 million in annual revenue.

Mr. Kurz earned a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington. He is on the Board of Directors of Kurz Associates, a real estate investment fund, and serves as an advisor for the University of Washington's MBA students.
