The principals of Integrated Capital have asset management experience in over 40 properties ranging from select-service to luxury hotels, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets.

Renovation / Development - The principals of Integrated Capital have renovated and developed luxury, upscale, extended-stay and select service hotels and commercial assets with budgets ranging from $400,000 to $85,000,000. Through this work, the firm has developed a network of relationships with designers, manufacturers, purchasers, installers and general contractors.

Repositioning - Principals of the firm have repositioned assets following acquisitions, extensive renovations and management changes. Repositionings impact all elements of operations and require a close relationship with brands and management to achieve strategic objectives.

Financing - The principals of Integrated Capital have secured more than $2.5 billion of hotel-related financing from domestic and international capital markets, which has been used for acquisition, development, renovation and recapitalization financing.

Consulting - The principals of have served as consultants, joint venture partners and developers for third-party ownership groups, lenders and other capital providers on various projects. These projects include land entitlement and development, strategic planning and repositioning of distressed and non-core assets, and asset management of hotels, office, industrial, residential and mixed-use projects.
